When ordering you will have to click the options box and pick your size and brand tumbler you want
If you are wanting any monogram or extra decal added please click the option “Add Decal” if you don’t want a monogram or decal added please click the option “DO NOT ADD”
Please add the name of the font you choose, what you would like it to say & the color in the personalization box
If you do not add font choice or color and do not respond to messages we will pick for you!
If you are wanting a monogram please include the number monogram you would like, the initials of your name & color or mail us!
The order of your monogram would be
(First, Last, Middle)
Example: Christine Faith Wade would be CWF
Example: CWF Monogram Font #1 Pink

Once cup has been started there are no refunds due to them being personalized.
All cups will take 2-3 weeks to get to you due to every cup being hand made.
